Si è concluso ieri, sabato 3 ottobre 2020, a Portorose al Monfort ex magazzino del sale, il progetto La cucina nelle saline con la presentazione dei piatti tipici che facevano parte della vita e del lavoro nelle saline di Pirano: dal pane cotto in forno ai carciofi, dalla pasta “bigoli con le luganighe” alle sardele in savor, ai bobici, la minestra di granoturco.
Nelle diverse tappe del progetto, da aprile a settembre, in relazione all’emergenza sanitaria sono stati realizzati anche dei video che sono stati trasmessi ieri ai presenti.
Il progetto prevedeva diversi incontri nei quali gli ospiti avrebbero potuto conoscere e assaggiare i piatti tipici che si mangiavano una volta nelle saline. A causa della pandemia dei mesi scorsi, purtroppo alcuni incontri sono stati rimandati ossia si sono svolti da casa.
I visitatori di ieri hanno così potuto conoscere soltanto in video alcune ricette tipiche tradizionali del nostro litorale.
Il progetto è stato presentato nell’ambito delle Giornate del patrimonio culturale europeo – Dnevi evropske kulturne dediščine che si svolgono dal 26 settembre al 10 ottobre 2020, quest’anno dal titolo: SPOZNAJ/ CONOSCI ? OHRANI / SALVA, CONSERVA VARUJ/ TUTELA!
Al Monfort siamo stati onorati della presenza del Consigliere dell’Ambasciata d’Italia, Ivo Michele Polacco e consorte, del Console Generale d’Italia a Capodistria, Giuseppe D’Agosto e consorte, del Vicesindaco del Comune di Pirano, Manuela Rojec, del Capo Ufficio attività sociali del Comune di Pirano, Matej Knep e del Presidente della CAN Pirano, Andrea Bartole.
Un ringraziamento particolare a tutti i partecipanti al progetto, ai produttori locali, ai gruppi di attività e le loro mentori, La Famea dei salineri e Giorgina Rebol, i ceramisti e Apolonija Krejačič, agli organizzatori CAN Pirano e Matjaž Kljun dell’Ente per la tutela dei beni culturali della Slovenia, ai collaboratori la CI Giuseppe Tartini Pirano, Veronika Bjelica del Museo del mare S.Mašera Pirano, il Parco naturale delle Saline di Sicciole e l’Istituto pubblico Parco naturale di Strugnano.
Il grande interesse per questi appuntamenti ci fa ricordare quanto siano importanti per mantenere viva una tradizione, che si sta perdendo di generazione in generazione e non solo: sono il ponte intergenerazionale che accomunano gli adulti ai piccoli, che oggigiorno non frequentano più le saline come i loro nonni.

SOLINARSKA KULINARIKA
Včeraj, v soboto, 3. oktobra 2020, se je v nekdanjem skladišču soli Monfort v Portorožu s predstavitvijo tipičnih jedi, ki so jih nekoč pripravljali med delom v piranskih solinah – od krušnega kruha do artičok, od testenin “bigoli con le luganighe” do sardel v marinadi “na šavor”, od bobičev do koruzne mineštre -, zaključil projekt Solinarska kulinarika.
Posamezni deli projekta, ki je potekal od aprila do septembra, so bili zaradi pandemije koronavirusa predstavljeni s pomočjo videoposnetkov, ki so si jih včerajšnji obiskovalci lahko še enkrat ogledali.
V sklopu projekta so bile predvidene različne predstavitve, na katerih bi obiskovalci lahko spoznali in okusili tipične jedi, ki so jih nekdaj pripravljali v solinah. Žal so bile nekatere zaradi pandemije v minulih mesecih preložene ali pa so se odvile na daljavo. Včerajšnji obiskovalci so tako nekatere tradicionalne recepte naše obale spoznali le s pomočjo videoposnetkov.
V Monfortu so nas s svojo prisotnostjo počastili svetovalec italijanskega veleposlaništva Ivo Michele Polacco s soprogo, generalni konzul Republike Italije v Kopru Giuseppe D’Agosto s soprogo, podžupanja Občine Piran Manuela Rojec, predstojnik Urada za družbene zadeve Občine Piran Matej Knep in predsednik Samoupravne skupnosti italijanske narodnosti Andrea Bartole.
Posebna zahvala vsem sodelujočim pri projektu, lokalnim proizvajalcem, tematskim skupinam in njihovim mentorjem, Solinarski družini in Giorgini Rebol, skupini za obdelavo keramike in Apoloniji Krejačič, organizatorjem Samoupravni skupnosti italijanske narodnosti Piran in Matjažu Kljunu z Zavoda za varstvo kulturne dediščine Republike Slovenije, soorganizatorjem Skupnosti Italijanov Giuseppe Tartini Piran, Veroniki Bjelica iz Pomorskega muzeja S. Veliko zanimanje za tovrstne dogodke nas opominja na pomen ohranjanja izročila, ki se izgublja iz generacije v generacijo oziroma predstavlja medgeneracijski most med odraslimi in otroki, ki danes ne obiskujejo več solin, kot so to počeli njihovi stari starši.

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Here’s how our website covers some of the most important screen-reader requirements, alongside console screenshots of code examples:
Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others. Additionally, the background process scans all of the website’s images and provides an accurate and meaningful image-object-recognition-based description as an ALT (alternate text) tag for images that are not described. It will also extract texts that are embedded within the image, using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology. To turn on screen-reader adjustments at any time, users need only to press the Alt+1 keyboard combination. Screen-reader users also get automatic announcements to turn the Screen-reader mode on as soon as they enter the website.
These adjustments are compatible with all popular screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA.
Keyboard navigation optimization: The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML, and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the website operable by the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key.Additionally, keyboard users will find quick-navigation and content-skip menus, available at any time by clicking Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside of it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
