V sklopu Praznika svete Lucije, je v sredo, 13. decembra 2023, potekala predstavitev knjige “Il quaderno della cucina Adriatica” Zgodbe in okusi morja, zemlje, lagune, ki jo je napisal Andrea Svetez (založba Kellermann editore).
Večer je z ljudskimi pesmimi popestril Mešani pevski zbor Giuseppe Tartini, ki ga vodi Barbara Barač.
Da bi bilo čakanje na božič lažje in predvsem bolj veselo, vsako leto poskrbi Praznik svete Lucije, ki ga obeležujemo na dan njene smrti, 13. decembra.
God svete Lucije na različne načine obeležujejo po vsem svetu; v Sirakuzah, rojstnem kraju svetnice, pripravijo svečano procesijo po ulicah mesta, na severu Italije otroci čakajo, da prinese darila, na Karibih prižgejo lampione, v skandinavskih državah pa mlada dekleta na prostem uprizorijo predstavo, imenovano Luciatåg.
V Piranu ta dan izkoristijo za druženje in obujanje preteklosti, ko se mnogi spominjajo – in nekateri tudi zahtevajo obnovitev – nekdanjega imena mesta Lucije, ki se je do konca druge svetovne vojne imenovalo Sveta Lucija.
Kot vsako leto sta Skupnost Italijanov “Giuseppe Tartini” in Samoupravna skupnost italijanske narodnosti Piran svoje rojake povabila na trilogijo dogodkov posvetnega in verskega značaja.
Prvi je potekal v Kreativnem inkubatorju Italijanske unije, kjer so razstavili dela članov skupine ročnih del Zlata nit, ki jo vodi Maria Grazia Benussi, in nekaj del članov novega tečaja kvačkanja “Ustvarjanje s prejo” , ki ga vodi Elide Stubelj.
Med svečami, okrašenimi s čipko, ročno izdelanimi torbicami, girlandami in drugimi božičnimi okraski, se je predsednica SI Tartini, Fulvia Zudič, zahvalila Italijanski uniji, da lahko prostore inkubatorja uporabljajo za dejavnosti skupnosti, kot so tečaj krojenja in šivanja, tečaj akvarela in slikarskih tehnik ter vaje pevskega zbora.
Sledil je dogodek v cerkvi svete Lucije, kjer je župnik Vinko Paljk daroval mašo v obeh jezikih v čast zavetnice. Maše se je udeležilo veliko rojakov. Župnik je izpostavil posebno vez med istrskimi kraji in likom mučenice, ki drugod po Sloveniji ni tako čaščena.
Rojena na Siciliji ob koncu 3. stoletja, v obdobju preganjanja kristjanov, je svoje kratko življenje po izročilu posvetila dobrodelnosti, dokler ni bila zaradi svoje vere umorjena.
Legenda pravi, da so njeno truplo ukradli Bizantinci in ga odnesli v Carigrad, od koder naj bi ga ponovno odnesli Benečani, ki so si ga prilastili in ga okoli leta 1200 prinesli v laguno. Tu ga danes hranijo v cerkvi sv. Geremija.
Kult svetnice, ki se je širil po Beneški republiki, je, seveda, dosegel tudi piranske solinarje, ki so jo določili za zavetnico svoje cerkvice.
Ime Lucija, v nasprotju s pregovorom, ki njen god povezuje z najkrajšim dnevom koledarja, izhaja iz latinskega izraza lux, ki pomeni svetlobo, in prav to je vabilo, ki ga je župnik Paljk namenil navzočim: naj imajo odprte oči, da bodo videli ljudi okoli sebe in prinašali svetlobo v njihova življenja.
Praznik se je zaključil v gostilni Rižot-in, kjer so številni člani skupnosti preživeli družaben praznični večer v znamenju dobre domače hrane.
Ob slastni večerji in dišečem vinu so lahko prisluhnili predstavitvi knjige “Il quaderno della cucina Adriatica. Storie e sapori di mare, di terra, di laguna”, ki je izšla pri založbi Kellermann leta 2023. Miljski avtor Andrea Sfetez, ki je piranski javnosti dobro znan zaradi dolgoletnega sodelovanja na kulturnem in glasbenem področju, je pojasnil, da v knjigi niso zbrani le recepti, ampak tudi kraji, okusi, tehnike in glasba tega povezovalnega morja.
Vsebina knjige je deloma avtobiografska, vanjo je vključil tako spomine na izlete z barko z dedkom, kot odkritje, da jadranski svet ne samo, da sega daleč onkraj njegove otroške domišljije, temveč predstavlja tudi prostor skupnih značilnosti. Vse to je obravnaval z jezikovne perspektive, v narečju, ki izhaja iz beneškega, vsakdanji vidik pa se zrcali v kuhinji, ki se kljub različicam v svojem bistvu ponavlja.
Po voščilih za prihajajoče praznike, ki sta jih izrekla predsednica SI Fulvia Zudič in predsednik SSIN Piran Andrea Bartole, je mešani pevski zbor Giuseppe Tartini, pod vodstvom nove dirigentke, ki se je ravno vrnil z gostovanja v Padovi, razveselil goste s tradicionalnimi napevi, od tistih, posvečenih sveti Luciji, do “Piemontesine”. Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes.
