Z veseljem vas obveščamo, da je na piranskem svetilniku od nedelje, 18. septembra 2022, na ogled razstava Zapri oči, pokrij ušesa dveh mladih umetnic, Ane Mrovlje in Karin Zrinjski.
Kmalu bomo pripravili tudi uradno odprtje.
Urnik obiska svetilnika do konca septembra: 15.30-19.30. V primeru slabega vremena (močan veter, dež) bo svetilnik zaprt.
Razstava Zapri oči, pokrij ušesa je prva dvoosebna razstava umetnic Ane Mrovlje in Karin Zrinjski, ki je nastala v sodelovanju s Skupnostjo Italijanov Piran.
Zapri oči, pokrij ušesa predstavlja potovanje na svetilnik, je obljuba iskrice v daljavi.
Razstava je postavljena ravno v svetilniški hišici, dela umetnic se čisto narahlo dotikajo prostora, so kot pojave, duhovi zgodb brez spomina. Odisejada teles, udov, ki s svojimi nenasičenimi obrisi razjedajo, končno, razpadajočo hišico. Omet se kruši, tla se pritožujejo in morski zrak uničuje stene.
Pred vhodom, na razgledni ploščadi, stoji zastava z naslovom razstave: znak potrditve, vabilo, da se za njen ogled desenzibiliziramo, da smo v stiku s seboj. Tako postanemo stoična bitja, ki hodijo ponosno in brezskrbno kot lahkotno platno zastave, ki jo stresa nadležen veter, tako kot to doživljajo samo zavese oken ob pečini. Lesena tla kot obrabljena sekvenca ribjih kosti; oblikovana od zunaj, neprestano in nezadovoljivo, Mediteran.
Svetilničarjeva hišica je bila dolgo nedostopna, sedaj pa se tri glavne sobe njene bivalne anatomije prvič prepletajo z umetniškimi deli; prostor tako ponuja doživljanje notranje izkušnje sveta, obzorja onkraj valov. Avtorici s svojim umetniškim ustvarjanjem raziskujeta esenco teles, ki jih ne vidimo, temveč zaznavamo le skozi simptomatično izkušnjo globoke, brezupne domišljije.
Telesa, ki predstavljajo korenine, razprostirajoče se med živimi organizmi: repna plavut, valoviti lasje, okameneli na tleh, kremplji plenilcev; in telesa, ki predstavljajo vpogled v zgodovino, videnje, kontaminacija in nasilje stereotipov, poklicanih, da nas zapeljejo. Sirene zahoda so hibridna bitja, ki zasedajo morsko dno in njegove zapisane spomine; so zvočne, moteče in opozorilne naprave. So svetloba in senca. Znane so po tem, da dajejo življenje neizmerni globini, v temi, naše pojavnosti z nekonsistentnim odsevom in v nenehnem iskanju racionalne oblike, kot je zaslepljujoč sij na gladini valovitega morja.
Sirene prižigajo nezavedne misli, v breznu, zibajočem se v upočasnjenem valovanju. So kot dolge niti, zelene alge, zamrznjene zaradi pomanjkanja svetlobe, vrvi ribiških mrež, zapuščene v globinah, ki skoraj speče lebdijo v naših spominih. Misli in bitja se kot vzdihi dvignejo na površje, njihova melodija je kot nežen in zlovešč krik kitov, kot kričeč zvok galebov, ki se prikažejo in kakor miti ne obujajo preteklih dogodkov, temveč neskončne podobe potopljenega sveta. Kakor miti ustvarjajo vezenino večnih misli, ki ne najdejo svojega doma: in tako postanejo umetniško delo.
Svetilniška sirena zatuli in na obrežje prinese življenje ter božajočo modrino morske penine, naznani, da se je izgubil čevelj, padel je z neba, preplavljenega s pošastmi. Osvetljene silhuete ponoči oblikujejo podobe, ki se igrajo z valovitostjo vetra in njegovimi sencami, mišicami in potegavščinami edinstvene izkušnje. Tu in tam so na ogled solze smole med oltarji in kaplje morja, ki so se zatekle v hišico.
Sirene so tisto pripovedno sredstvo, ki umetnicama Mrovlje in Zrinjski omogoča, da razgalita kolektivne spomine prednikov, na površje dvigneta z domišljijo in igrivostjo plodna bitja, utopična telesa: dobesedno niso niti meso niti riba.
Zapri oči, pokrij ušesa nas vabi k raziskovanju uničevalnosti in plodnosti notranje misli telesa, ne da bi nas motila predpisano in razumsko gledanje in poslušanje; razstava nas prosi, da postanemo anatomija, ki ni nedeljiva, ampak sprejemajoča, ki je izmaličena na robovih, zaznamovanih z veseljem in strahom našega doživljanja sveta, na morju, na sanjskem potovanju na svetilnik.

Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others. Additionally, the background process scans all of the website’s images and provides an accurate and meaningful image-object-recognition-based description as an ALT (alternate text) tag for images that are not described.
