Giovedì 22 agosto prende il via la 18esima edizione del Tartini Festival, il festival di musica classica che porta il nome del grande violinista nato a Pirano, Giuseppe Tartini. Nel concerto d’apertura alla Chiesa di San Giorgio, si esibirà l’ensemble Il terzo suono con un repertorio di musiche classiche che spaziano da Tartini a Vivaldi e Galuppi.
Domenica 25 agosto, al Chiostro del Convento del Frati minori convenutali, sarà la volta dell’Orchestra del Cenacolo Musicale che alle ore 20.30 presenterà l’opera Bacocco e Serpilla di Giuseppe Maria Orlandini.
Martedì 27 agosto, nel concerto al Chiostro del Convento del Frati minori convenutali, l’ensemble Il terzo suono sarà accompagnato per l’occasione dal violoncellista Mario Brunello. Appuntamento imperdibile per gli appassionati delle musiche di Giuseppe Tartini.
Giovedì 29 agosto il Festival si sposta a Casa Tartini. Alle ore 20.30 si esibirà in concerto il pianista Pierre-Laurent Boucharlat.
Sabato 31 agosto tornano a Pirano I Solisti veneti, ospiti fissi delle manifestazioni estive in città negli ultimi anni. Il concerto, al Chiostro del Convento del Frati minori convenutali, ha in programma musiche di Giuseppe Tartini, Tomaso Albinoni e Ottorino Respighi.
Il 2 e il 4 settembre, nell’atrio di Palazzo Pretorio a Capodistria, è la volta di Tartini junior, concerti delle giovani promesse della musica classica.
A settembre, più precisamente il 3, il 5, il 6 e l’8 settembre, altri quattro concerti faranno risuonare la splendida cornice del Chiostro del Convento del Frati minori convenutali a Pirano con musiche di Tartini, Haendel, Bach, Mozart… solo per citarne alcuni!
Gran concerto conclusivo del Festival con il concerto de Il terzo suono si terrà il 12 settembre a Padova nella Chiesa di Santa Caterina, dove dal 1770 riposano le spoglie del piranese più illustre.

V četrtek, 22. avgusta, se bo začel 18. Tartini festival, festival klasične glasbe, ki nosi ime velikega piranskega violinista, Giuseppeja Tartinija. Na odprtju v cerkvi sv. Jurija bo nastopil ansambel Il terzo suono, na programu pa bodo klasične skladbe, ki segajo od Tartinija do Vivaldija in Galuppija.
V nedeljo, 25. avgusta, bo v križnem hodniku minoritskega samostana nastopil Orkester Cenacolo Musicale, ki bo z začetkom ob 20.30 predstavil delo Bacocco e Serpilla Giuseppeja Marije Orlandinija.
V torek, 27. avgusta, bo na koncertu v križnem hodniku minoritskega samostana člane ansambla Il terzo suono spremljal violončelist Mario Brunello. Dogodek, ki ga ljubitelji Tartinijeve glasbe ne smejo zamuditi.
V četrtek, 29. avgusta, se bo festival preselil v Tartinijevo hišo. Ob 20.30 bo tam nastopil pianist Pierre-Laurent Boucharlat.
V soboto, 31. avgusta, se v Piran vračajo I Solisti veneti, v zadnjih letih stalni gostje poletnih prireditev v našem mestu. Na programu koncerta v križnem hodniku minoritskega samostana bodo skladbe Giuseppeja Tartinija, Tomasa Albinonija in Ottarina Respighija.
2. in 4. septembra se bo v atriju Pretorske palače v Kopru odvijal Tartini junior s koncerti mladih upov klasične glasbe.
3., 5., 6. in 8. septembra pa bo klasična glasba znova odmevala v čudovitem ambientu med stebri križnega hodnika v Piranu. Na štirih koncertih bomo prisluhnili skladbam Tartinija, Haendla, Bacha, Mozarta in drugih.
Veliki zaključni koncert festivala, na katerem bo nastopil ansambel Il terzo suono, se bo zgodil 12. septembra v Padovi, v cerkvi sv. Katarine, kjer od leta 1770 počivajo posmrtni ostanki najbolj slavnega Pirančana.
