Leta 2016 se je odpravil na koncertno turnejo po ZDA.
Kot solist je sodeloval z zasedbami, kot so Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Simfònica del Vallès, Sinfónica de Galicia, Düsseldorfski simfonični orkester, Sichuanska filharmonija, Bacau Philarmonic, Joven Orquesta Leonesa, FVG Orchestra, Vivaldi Orchestra v Morbegnu, Orchestra Busoni v Empoliju, Orchestra Concentus Musicus Patavinus, Orchestra San Marco v Pordenonu.
Oktobra 2020 je pri založbi Suonare records izšel njegov prvenec, zgoščenka, posvečena glasbi Beethowna, Chopina in Skrjabina, drugi album, monografija o Chopinu, pa je izšel aprila 2021 pri založbi OnClassical.
Njegove nastope in intervjuje so predvajali na radijskih postajah, kot so ClassicFM, Rai Radio 3, Radio Popolare, Rai Furlanije Julijske krajine in Radio MCA. Oktobra 2021 so njegov recital v Pavlinski kapeli palače Quirinale neposredno predvajali na postaji Rai 3. Sodeloval je v prvem letu televizijskega programa ‘Prodigi’ na italijanski radijski postaji Rai 1, namenjenemu Unicefu.
Med študijem za solista je Elia zelo aktivno sodeloval v komornih zasedbah, in sicer v godalnem duetu, triu in kvintetu. Decembra 2020 je ob 250. obletnici Beethovnovega rojstva sodeloval z Mariom Brunellom. V letu 2022 načrtuje projekt s kvartetom Dafne v Sale Apollinee Gledališča La Fenice v Benetkah v sklopu festival Musikàmera in projekt s kvartetom Arturo Martini v Mestnem gledališču Tržič.
Kot osemnajstletni dobitnik 36. nagrade Benetke se je Elia uveljavil tako na domačih kot tujih mednarodnih tekmovanjih, med katerimi izstopajo Ciudad de Ferrol, Pozzoli v Seregnu, Schumann v Düsseldorfu, Casagrande v Ternu, Luciani v Cosenzi, Bajic v Novem sadu, Chopin v Budimpešti, Marcian na Dunaju. Nedavno je prejel prvo nagrado na tekmovanju Mottram v Manchestru in Viñes v Lleidi.
Elia Cecino, rojen leta 2001 v Trevisu, je pri 9 letih začel s študijem klavirja pri Maddaleni De Facci, pod vodstvom katere je leta 2018 z odliko diplomiral na konservatoriju v Ceseni. Leta 2020 je opravil magisterij na Akademiji Ridotto di Stradella s študijem pri Andrzeju Jasinskem. Trenutno se izpopolnjuje z Eliso Virsaladze in Borisom Bermanom.
Od leta 2019 je Elia rezidenčni umetnik fundacije “Luigi Bon”.

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website.
